Welcome to Owings Mills Car Wash.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, car wash services, detailing services, and Unlimited Membership program offered by Owings Mills Car Wash, operated by Holy Mountain, Inc. ("OMCW," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge the applicable terms and policies provided to you. Additional terms disclosed during membership enrollment, service authorization, or checkout may also apply.
1. Services and Pricing
Owings Mills Car Wash provides exterior car washing, full-service car washing, interior cleaning, detailing, and related vehicle care services.
Service availability, package contents, prices, and promotions may change. Published prices are generally based on standard passenger vehicles. Additional charges may apply based on vehicle size, selected services, or the condition of the vehicle.
Applicable taxes and additional service charges will be disclosed as required. Where additional labor or services are recommended, customers will be informed of the proposed cost before authorizing the additional work.
2. Vehicle Condition and Service Limitations
We aim to provide thorough and professional vehicle cleaning. However, car washing and detailing services cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, scratch, mark, odor, or surface imperfection.
Some conditions may require specialized detailing, restoration, or repair beyond the scope of a standard car wash. Examples include:
- Embedded dirt and long-standing stains
- Oxidized, faded, or deteriorating paint
- Existing scratches, chips, and dents
- Tree sap, road tar, or other bonded contaminants
- Permanent interior stains or discoloration
- Worn upholstery, carpet, and interior materials
- Damaged trim, seals, or other vehicle components
Repeated cleaning may not resolve these conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to explain service limitations and available options when such conditions are identified.
3. Pre-Existing Damage and Aftermarket Accessories
Customers should inform our staff of known vehicle damage, loose components, previous repairs, or aftermarket modifications before service.
Examples include loose or damaged mirrors, trim, moldings, paint or clear coat; loose spoilers, antennas, license plate brackets, roof accessories, or other exterior accessories; aftermarket body components; cracked or damaged glass; and other fragile or improperly attached components.
We are not responsible for damage that existed before service or for deterioration unrelated to our work. We do not disclaim responsibility for damage directly caused by our negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
If a vehicle presents an unusual risk of damage or cannot be safely processed, we may recommend an alternative service or decline service.
4. Personal Belongings
Customers are encouraged to remove cash, jewelry, keys, electronics, valuable items, and other personal belongings before service.
Interior cleaning may require employees to move floor mats or reposition accessible items to complete the requested service. We recommend that customers secure or remove fragile, valuable, or easily misplaced belongings before handing over their vehicles.
If an item is reported missing or damaged, customers should notify management as soon as possible so that we can review the circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported incidents. Responsibility for any loss or damage will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Service Concerns
We want every customer to receive courteous service and quality workmanship. Customers who have concerns about their wash or detailing service are encouraged to notify a manager as soon as possible, preferably before leaving the premises.
When appropriate, our staff may inspect the vehicle, provide additional cleaning, or recommend another service. Additional cleaning does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, pre-existing defects, or other conditions beyond the scope of the purchased service. We review customer concerns individually and seek reasonable solutions.
6. Vehicle Damage Claims
Customers should report suspected service-related vehicle damage to management as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request the date and approximate time of service, vehicle details, a description of the reported damage, relevant photographs or documentation, an opportunity to inspect the vehicle, and available service or security records.
We will review available evidence and respond based on the circumstances. Reporting a concern does not automatically establish responsibility, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
7. Detailing Services
Detailing services may require advance scheduling. Service scope and estimated completion times depend on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, staining, odors, or other unusual conditions may require additional labor. Any additional charges for services outside the agreed scope will be discussed with the customer before the work is performed. Complete stain or odor removal is not guaranteed.
8. Unlimited Membership Program
Our Unlimited Membership program provides eligible customers with access to the services included in their selected plan, subject to the applicable membership agreement and disclosed plan conditions.
Registered Vehicle
Each membership is valid for one registered vehicle only. The registered vehicle's license plate must match the membership account. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between vehicles or individuals. Commercial vehicles are not eligible under the standard consumer membership program.
Wash Frequency
A registered vehicle may receive a maximum of one membership wash every 24 hours. Unused washes do not accumulate or carry over.
Plan Services
The Basic Membership includes the exterior wash services described in the selected plan. The Midas Full-Service Membership includes the exterior and interior services described in the selected plan. Services, upgrades, or add-ons not included in a membership are charged separately.
Vehicle-Based Pricing
Membership pricing is determined by the selected plan and the registered vehicle's classification. Vehicle size categories include sedans, small and medium SUVs, and larger SUVs, pickups, and minivans. The applicable price, taxes, and billing terms are disclosed during enrollment.
9. Membership Enrollment and Recurring Billing
An online membership application may require customers to complete enrollment and vehicle registration at our location before membership privileges begin.
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis under the billing schedule and price disclosed and accepted during enrollment. By enrolling, customers authorize the applicable recurring charges using their selected payment method, subject to the separate disclosures and consent required by law.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information. If a payment fails, membership privileges may be suspended until the account is brought current, subject to applicable law and the membership agreement.
Any promotional pricing, minimum enrollment period, or future price adjustments will be disclosed as required.
10. Membership Cancellation and Renewal
Memberships renew according to the billing terms disclosed at enrollment unless canceled. Customers may request cancellation through the accessible methods provided during enrollment or in the membership management system.
Cancellation methods and renewal disclosures will comply with applicable Maryland consumer protection and automatic renewal laws. Customers will receive applicable information about the cancellation effective date, future charges, and any remaining membership benefits.
Any minimum commitment or advance notice requirement applies only to the extent it was properly disclosed, agreed to, and is enforceable under applicable law.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for previously provided services or a completed billing period, except where required by law or otherwise agreed. For assistance with membership cancellation, contact OMCW at 410-833-4552.
11. Membership Misuse
Memberships are intended for the registered vehicle and permitted personal use. We may investigate suspected misuse, including account sharing, unauthorized vehicle substitution, or inaccurate registration information. Membership privileges may be suspended or terminated for material violations of the applicable agreement, subject to required notice and applicable law.
12. Weather, Equipment, and Operating Conditions
Car wash services may be temporarily modified, delayed, or suspended due to severe weather or freezing conditions, equipment maintenance or unexpected breakdowns, safety concerns, power or water interruptions, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
Published business hours may change when necessary. For current hours and service availability, please contact the location.
13. Safe Operation and Customer Responsibilities
Customers must follow posted signs and employee instructions while entering, exiting, or using our facility. Customers should inform staff of relevant vehicle limitations, modifications, or mechanical concerns before using the car wash.
We may decline or stop a service if continuing would present an unreasonable safety risk. Customers are responsible for complying with reasonable safety instructions and for disclosing known vehicle conditions that may interfere with safe operation.
14. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, occasional errors or changes may occur regarding prices, services, operating hours, availability, and descriptions.
Where an error is identified, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it and communicate the applicable terms before a purchase or service is completed. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace the specific terms accepted during a transaction.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to outside membership platforms, payment processors, mapping services, or other third-party websites. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services or content operated independently by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Intellectual Property
Website text, design elements, photographs, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Owings Mills Car Wash or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of protected content is prohibited unless permitted by law or written authorization.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Maryland. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit consumer rights, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in business practices, services, or applicable laws. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Changes to active membership agreements or recurring billing arrangements will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal notice or consent requirements.
